    About Panchakarma treatment program

Panchakarma is a treatment program for the body, mind, and consciousness that cleanses and rejuvenates.

It's based on the Ayurvedic principle that every human is a unique phenomenon manifested from the five basic elements of Ether (space), Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.

A combination of these elements makes up the 3 main doshas of Vata, Pitta and Kapha, and each indiviidual is a unique combination of these constitutions.

When this doshic balance is disturbed, it can lead to disorder in the body, mind, and consciousness. In Ayurveda, we believe disease takes hold and grows from this imbalance.

Panchakarma is a collection of practices and treatments done within a specific period of time, but tailered individually for each person with their specific constitution and specific disorders in mind, thus it requires close observation and supervision.

Treatment starts with pre-purification measures and then cleansing practices are carefully introduced.

    Benefits of Panchakarma

Eliminate toxins and toxic conditions from your body and mind.

Restore your constitutional balance improving health and wellness.

Strengthen your immune system and become more resistant to illness.

Reverse the negative effects of stress on your body and mind thereby slowing the aging process.

Bring about deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.

    Traveling to India

This information is to guide you through the necessary documentation for immigration upon entry into India.

Passport: Each traveler is required to have a valid passport. Ideally, your passport should not expire within 6 months of your arrival in India.

Tourist Visa: Each traveler is required to have a TOURIST Visa (do not apply for a student or business visa). Documents for a general Indian Tourist Visa can take time, so apply in advance. Pursue this diligently to avoid certain restrictions that apply for last minute visas.

For Tourist Visa holders who wish to visit India within two months of their last visit, an application for a permit to re-enter India is necessary. No permit is needed if the visa holder is traveling to multiple countries on the same itinerary and the trip follows the itinerary exactly. The visa holder must carry a copy of the itinerary to show the Immigration Officer. If you will fall into this category, please search on the internet about the current law.
