We are offering in-person 13-day residential Panchakarma Treatments under the guidance of Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc. This program is hosted here at The Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda (VIOA), one hour east of Pune, Maharashtra, India. This program is a customized treatment experience tailored to your current state of health, wellness, and constitutional imbalances.
The treatment plans are guided by Vasant Lad and administered by the VIOA staff at the Panchakarma center, on the same beautiful grounds where you will be residing for the duration of your treatment. This is a unique opportunity to receive personalized healing by a leading, globally recognized, Ayurvedic Physician and his dedicated team.
We will support you in planning your trip with a variety of resources and you will be hosted and reside, all meals provided, at the VIOA campus for the duration of your stay.
Ayurveda and Mental Health Webinar Series
In 2022 the term “mental health” is everywhere we look - from our Instagram feeds filled with self love routines, to the financial pages of The New York Times. This is not just a sign of the times in which we live, but a growing awareness that we and those around us are not always “Fine, thanks!” and we don’t have to be.
In this series, Vassant Lad, MASc, BAMS, Founder and Director of the Ayurvedic Institute, will offer an Introduction to the psycho-neurological perspective of the mind and consciousness. We will review the overall structure as viewed by Ayurveda, some common mental ailments and unique approaches to alleviate mental suffering throughout the series.

The Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda (VIOA) is an Ayurvedic healing center located outside of Pune, Maharshtra, India. Under the tutelage of Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc, the institute educates its clients on Vedic modalities of healing such as Ayurveda, Jyotish, Vastu, crystal healing, healing through sound, marma therapy, and various panchakarma and rasayana procedures.
In partnership with The Ayurvedic Institute, AyurPrana supports the reservation and health screening process for VIOA. AyurPrana's customer care team will coordinate initial communications, confirm completion of all health documents and confirm acceptance into the program.
